Listened through a few of the .awb files using foobar myself, but i've noticed some were just static like so.
But yea, you pretty much have every file intact…… for now.

@MilesPrower88: Nope, 37 is for those neon bumpers. The pinball flipper sound is a bit lower-pitched and plays a bit longer.

I would have submitted more from this game, but I realized sorting over 6,000 sounds by ear was bound to cause more than a few inaccuracies, and with the new rule (no cutscene dialogue) they wouldn't be allowed anyway. The only way the voice clips can be given sortable names is by using these files somehow.
Though, if you want voice clips of a character for a project you can message me and I'll send them to you.

Just for anyone curious and checking down here to ask: yes, these DO include the character combat sounds (attack/damage grunts, death cries, etc.)!
Note that Heaven Ascension DIO's separate mid-battle dialogue (the "v_btl" files) are included with (Part 3) DIO (in the files labeled "3dio11" and "main12", thanks to @Raffina-Higashikata for pointing this out!), and (Part 6) Jotaro Kujo has only mid-battle dialogue ("v_btl" files) and no combat sounds. :)
