Not sure if you'll see this, but according to MarioWiki, they occasionally play when attacking/interacting with Bowser's wrecked car at the beginning of the final level of the main game. |

I wonder how exactly the process is for ripping stuff from a game like this. No music has been ripped seemingly, but there's all these assets here regardless. |

I have no idea why, but the sounds appear to be all mixed up (case in point, mixed in with Shadow's voices is line 86, which is Sonic's "I'll make you eat those words!") I can't go listing off every inconsistency, as that would take hours, so sadly you might just have to extract all the dialog to a separate folder and hope that there's nothing missing. |

I have gone through to rip all of the sound files, (or at least the ones that I can) and I went through the files to find a few missing. Noticeably the Coin, Starbit, Purple Coin collect sounds - (And others like the Mushroom Power Up Jingle, 1 Up sound effect, Ect.) - if anybody could help me out with finding these sound effects so I can get them organized would be really appreciated! If anyone was to help me out with locating these sound effects in the game files I'd be glad to upload everything onto the site! For everyone to use. I do have a theory though as to where they could be, in the "Seqs" folder in "AudioRes" section of the game files is an Arc. file - Inside this Arc. file is a bunch of midi sequences - and most of these being music that is and isn't stored in the "Stream" folder that also resides in "AudioRes". Some of these midi sequences are named "smg_jingle01-25" and I suspect these may be the sound effects missing from my collection. Since some sound like they *MAY* use instrument samples from the game to make up their sound effect. Though I cannot confirm this until I can find out how to open the files. They are in a SZS file format and I am looking into how to extract/open them. Until then! |

if you were to look into Berdly's second battle, when you increase the mercy % by 8% there's a different sound than the 50% or 100% mercy sounds that isn't on here (the 50 and 100% mercy sound being called "snd_mercyadd") |

Can I ask how the backlog is for sounds? It seems like it's been getting bigger lately. I noticed some of my sounds have been in there for up to 6 months before they get approved. I'm not upset, I'm just curious. |
